Yup. I ordered mine from same vendor on the 12th and "the clock" is ticking down on the last day and hours....i suspect I will get a "notification of shipping" tomorrow. I am skeptical of the whole process.Ordered on the 11th shipped on the 20th. They dragged the shipped deadline out to the bitter end. Now 7-15 days in transit and DHL tracking info won't be available for up to 24 hours. Sheesh.
Yup I think its a bit of a scam....I don't believe it takes a week for DHL to register any parcel. Mine still hasn't "shipped" yet, less than 18hours before they promised it would be shipped by.Went to check DHL tracking and noticed AliExpress states tracking info may take up to 5 to 7 days to appear!!!!
Can request a refund if not received by 2020-10-18

Yup got a notification today....today was the last day in the period they were to have it shipped by.Did you get a shipped notification yet? Seems to me you were getting close to the deadline?

Same thing with mine.Ya, they dragged mine out to the bitter end as well
Same thing with mine.
I see on the ups site they had some sort of surcharge I think that was called a UPS peak surcharge....but I couldn't seem to find out how much that fee is. I guess they just hold your merchandise hostage and then you can decide if you're going to pay it or risk never seeing your product or a full refund. Aliexpress made no mention of extra shipping charges on my parcel but rather told me shipping was free ( but of course I would be responsible for taxes or duties).UPS recognizes the tracking # I was provided. That's encouraging
I hope you don't have to pay the usual UPS dinger fees they are famous for on international orders. Its not uncommon to pay 45$ customs processing or whatever they call it) for a box of air. Any applicable duty, taxes, GST... goes on top of course.
I can confirm those rates are correct. UPS charged me $96 in fees for my recent TIG welder purchase which was $1100 CDN
Dirty rotters! I think that is extortion.I can confirm those rates are correct. UPS charged me $96 in fees for my recent TIG welder purchase which was $1100 CDN
