Here is a summary of the Ryan’s boxes I printed. I did print multiple copies of all of these. One can see that they are of different sizes as needed to fit the wild section of taps in my poor collection. Trays like this are very flexible in being able to resize. I included a screen shot of the area on the main screen of Prusaslicer. One unlocks the Scale Factors and you can either the percentages in X,Y, and Z or directly type in the dimensions you want in the respective boxes. I imagine that the other slicer programs have the equivalent controls.

Maybe not a common electrical plug in the machine shop (called XT30, used in RC model type applications), but just posting for technique. I found the plug on GrabCad which saved me measuring. Then a made the internal plug cavity by offsetting the surfaces a specific clearance, then build the outer to whatever shape. The oversized butt end is to provide some finger grip. Maybe got a bit carried way there but while I was test sizing plug fits, figured it would also make a stable print base. The end use is to keep the magic smoke in when you have a box of LiPo packs with potentially exposed contacts rattling around. The point is there is an increasing number of solid models on the interweb that can probably expedite your own gadgets.

Mill T-slot covers

Nice! Very clean and professional looking. Waaaaay better than my cardboard.

That's prolly a reason to get a bigger 3D printer. My mill bed is 42 inches. Can you clamp a vise over them? I'd love to be able to block swarf under my vise as well as beside it. But I wouldn't want them to affect level. Just a small hole for a T-Nut bolt.

You could drill a hole in them for the clamp stud no problem.
 
Got a file for the T-slot covers? And what material - regular plastics like PLA and PETG or did you print in TPU?
I think this is designed for 12mm slots. In the slicer I just printed a 1/2" of it so I could see the width. Came out as 11.83mm wide. I then scaled the width to whatever percentage gave me my slot width. In my case, 19% gave me 14mm width. And I scaled the length to suit.
Printed in PLA.
