I only just transferred the registration a few weeks ago. I had to do the statutory declaration bs because I never got the last registration.
All sorted out.
Some kind of one in a million system snafu where the previous owners car was transferred into my name.
ICBC fixed it in the backend but my paperwork didn’t match.
What else did it come with?
4-jaw
Steady rest
Follow rest
Faceplate
Change gears. I’m missing two.
Need to figure out which thread pitches aren’t covered. May not be important.
It’s about 23” deep which is a far cry from my South Bend.
36” bed from headstock to end.
The dials are actually surprisingly legible. Just a lot smaller diameter than I’m used to.
I’m planning to install the igaging scales I bought a year or so ago.
The bike is gone and the motorcycle lift goes on Tuesday.
I basically turned the bike into a lathe

Looks like I'm missing the 36 and 40 tooth gears.
So that means these pitches are out:
36 (none of these feel that critical to me)

I want to say 14.5 deg?
I have 14.5 cutters if you can supply details.

Cool, so you only have to make two gears....... I heard that there's this @David_R8 feller down Victoria way that might be able to 3d print you some, might be able to con a couple extras out of him too like a 127.....Looks like I'm missing the 36 and 40 tooth gears.

Damn, I am way to slow at the peck, peck, pause....... What Craig was saying, print a couple.Cool, so you only have to make two gears....... I heard that there's this @David_R8 feller down Victoria way that might be able to 3d print you some, might be able to con a couple extras out of him too like a 127.....
I know that I've seen the gear details somewhere in my travels. Just have to remember where!

Just use your handy dandy gear calipers...... Or machineries handbook has some full size tooth profiles to reference..... And about everything else you want to know about gears and the cutting of....
OK. Now I'm dying of curiosity.
Please tell us how those handy dandy gear calipers of yours work...... Never saw calipers like that before.....
