Are you finding the fan blades on the driven pulley provide enough airflow through your air cooler or have you thought about adding an external fan?

If I use my compressor a lot sandblasting I have to drain it at least every every few hours.
The results I've seen online show a really dramatic decrease in air temps. From perhaps 250F at the compressor head to 75F at the tank inlet with equally impressive moisture removal from the temp drop.

I am going to suggest it to my brother who has a Mobile Sand Blaster for resurfacing farm equipment and heavy machinery (on-site).
 
@DavidR8 The photo on the Amazon.ca site shows the connectors for what I am guessing is flared soft copper tube? The Derale web site says the inlet and outlet are -8AN size which I believe is 1/2" copper.

You have some sort of black coupler first and then the brass one down to 3/8" which I'm guessing is a compression fitting? Did the cooler come with the shiny black coupler or did you have one or order one from somewhere?
