One of these de-bur tools what a nice thing to have for making things less cutty. If you don't own one you should look into one.

Shaviv deburring tool kit. Turned out to work much better than I expected. If you get one of these I recommend wearing a leather glove on the hand you are holding the part you are deburring in. I slipped and got a very painful cut that took a long time to heal.

Girly hands ;) .

All joking aside, metal work and gloves are one of those PPE devices that can be both a hazard and requirement from one moment to the next.

Wear them, snag a glove and get an injury.

Don't wear them, slip and get an injury.

Its know when and when not to.

Does the tractor count? We'd been on the property for about four years moving dirt and stuff with wheelbarrows and shovels when the other half said " why don't we have a tractor to do this?" The next day papa went shoppin and we bought the Kubota! :D

I'd say it counts, but I included my UTV/ATV in my list so I'm kinda biased. I also have 3 tractors here on my farm so again I'm biased. I even like the backhoe attachment.

Where you cross the line is getting an orange one......
