Huge list of unfinished projects for the new year

Whoa!! You're gonna make a view camera! Very cool. What size? Did you base your design around a Deardorff? I've shot a bunch of large format product shots and landscape with my Linhoff. Sadly it's now relegated to a living room decoration.

Speaking of incomplete projects and view cameras, on my list (and almost certainly never to be completed) is making a digital panoramic camera. This raises the question: is there any interest in a Linhof Color 4x5 or a Linhof Kardan Color 45 S (both in good condition and with accessories)?

I'm interested in hearing about the digital panoramic camera build. What sensor were you considering?

The Linhof Color 4x5 is an interesting example and surprising release in my opinion. Of the two though I'd certainly prefer the kardan with it's wider range of movements. Having spent much of last year watching the camera market, there is not much demand for monorail camera's any more. Even field cameras are not getting much interest unless new.

I'd like to hear more if you want to DM me rather than post here what you have and would want to sell for.
