  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Ontario GTA West area meetup is planned for Saturday April 26th at Greasemonkeys shop in Aylmer Ontario. If you are interested and haven’t signed up yet, click here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year. If you are interested in doing something in your area, let everyone know and make it happen! Meetups are a great way to make new machining friends and get hands on help in your area. Don’t be shy, sign up and come, or plan your own meetup!

I have a bunch of aluminum round bar that is left over from maker fair. There are 6 or 2 foot length's available in both 1" or 3/4" stock. I am asking $2.50 per foot for 1" diameter stock and $1.70 per foot for the 3/4" round bar. Let me know if you want some.

I'll take 10 feet of both diameters if available. I was going to suggest bring to coffee meeting but maybe that won't work if you're biking? Anyway we can chat then.

Unless someone wants theirs cut to 2' length's. Those fit on my bike easy. Any takers on 2' bars?
 
I'll cut it up then 10' of both @PeterT ? My truck isn't running at the moment. It has been giving me a hard time since maker fair. So motorcycle is my daily until I fix it.
 
Yup 1o feet each of both diameters, all 2' chunks if that works for you. Hopefully this isn't a pain for you on the bike. If so, let me know & we can arrange something else another time.
