Bambu Labs to implement an authorization and authentication protection mechanism

Finished the desiccant containers and now filled. Temperature of 30C and 10% RH inside the AMS. Since I printed them in Grey they kind of look like they belong.

Actually the desiccant is supposed to turn dark green when it's saturated. Clear (pseudo clear) would have been interesting to see if the colour changes.

So basically, you have to use a dessicant. It doesn't have a Dehumidifier built in.

I have some colour changing dessicant I use in my boomstick safe. It comes in a container that you just plug into the wall till its recharged.

Looks a lot like this. Might be useful to you 3DP pros.

For fun I printed one of these. Apparently designed to sit inside the hole in the reel that holds the filament. Yet another container to absorb moisture.

The build plate came with 4 sets so I removed 3 and then printed one. It required support filament for some of the holes. Not really sure why. Bad design I think. In either case I also specified a filament change at layer 69. The layer 68 was the last layer of the lid. That meant the rest of the body would be in blue and the final print would be sort of symmetrical. I think it came out 'pretty;

I would never attempt this if it weren't for the AMS. Not even sure how to tell the SOVOL slicer how to stop and request a filament change much less have it only put support filament at the transition zones.
