I’d say they are about 3” X 4”?The trays look great, I can't build them that quick.
What size are the trays and what is the purpose of the build up on the corners?
The corner bits are so they stack

I can scale any axis in the slicer by as little as .01% so it's definitely possible to hit pretty tight tolerances. Just takes trial and error. The same double value makes me think 20.00x20.00 is possible. Do those things have a scale factor?
Or is this just temperature or something similar? Or is it maybe just the layer increments? Or am I just noticing something that isn't there......
I printed a 1 2 3 block. Came out within .002. Changes with the shop temp +-.005 so not for machining but really useful for woodworking.I can scale any axis in the slicer by as little as .01% so it's definitely possible to hit pretty tight tolerances. Just takes trial and error.
