Any idea what this type of mount is called?

International uses a bushing with voids in the front cab mounts on the smaller trucks but its a lot bigger
and presses into a casting.

Yes, the voids are for a little bit of cushioning, and just below them are little shock absorbers......
 
Also a similar set-up was used in seat base construction for Cat heavy equipment before the gas compression ones were designed, they used an enclosed trapped rubber block with a torsion bar that torqued the rubber around a shaft...hard riding things but they took the sudden stop shock out of our backs.

You can still get torsion style suspensions for trailer wheels, no doubt built the same way.
