Took it out for some upper air work, i re-did the pito/static system, what was in there when i bought it was pretty rough and no doubt had leaks, my static location must read much different, a power off stall reads very low, lower than it should be, but at least its a reference number, stalls are pretty benign
only did 2 landings, first landing not so great, second landing was minty aside from the roll out, shes a hand full on roll out, im comming in at 50-55 indicated in the video, getting its slowed down once touched down takes a bit, i dont want to hit the heel brakes and loose it at 40mph, this thing will be better on the grass...wich is where im moving it, i managed to luck into a hanger 35 minutes from the house....well hangar might be a stretch, its more of a shed that's big enough for a small airplane
heres is its new home, once i get the confidence up to make the cross country and land on the 1000ft shorter runway
Ive added the lights (no power, generator), built that bench, picking up some shelves for it tomorrow hopefully. Once im in there, ill probably do more work on the secondary spark plug project.
