12 x 36 gearhead lathe

Wires S and R go to H1 (1) and 208V (2) respectively. The PE can get stuck under one of the mounting screws.

0 or White goes to X1 (1) and PE.

1 goes to 24v (3) and 11 goes to 115v (4).

Should be good to go.
