    Atv stripped hub

I’m not sure what else to do with it. I guess we will see. Obviously splines don’t work, this is a common problem across all atvs

    Atv stripped hub

The whole shaft seems fine. Small bend but that’s normal. The hub will be removable, just not as easy as a splined hub. Same as an electric motor coupling. .001-.0015” interference. Which are removable with heat as well

    Atv stripped hub

I’ll post pics later but a buddy of mine has a stripped splines on the hub and axle. I was going to focus on new splines and get a new hub ordered but that failed before so it might again. Mini milling machine

These gaskets are seem the same design as a “spiral round” pipe gasket, for the aluminum head side with graphite on the manifold side. Very similar to a head gasket I guess but with the addition of graphite. Doesn’t take much to get a good seal. This manifold for example, from the rear to the...

    4 way tool holder

1.25”, I could’ve went with 1” I guess. My thought was I could alway face them off if they were to long. Either way it’s all good.

    4 way tool holder

That’s all the place had besides regular bolts. That was my plan but all they had was 1/2” in length and I wasn’t sure if that would be long enough. Either way I was planning on making a nut with a screw in handle anyways. I’ll just have to do it sooner then I thought is all.
