Hi All,

Title says it all, I am looking to buy a Hypertherm Plasma Cutter. Minimum a Powermax 45 but let me know what you have. Ideally with it will have the CPC port installed, however that is not a deal breaker. Located in Calgary and open to anything in Western Canada.
If you have anything, reply to the thread or send me a private message.

Best,

Alex

you might have better luck looking for a powermax 800, 1000, or 1100, they were made up until around 2010/2012 ish, 50, 60 and 80amp respectively

These are 30's so likely too small

Mine is not for sale - just making a comment. I bought a XP 45 from Airliquide a couple of years ago. I love it. It is a joy to use.
Good luck with your search.

If I see anything in my neck of the woods...I'll post it for you.
Are you dead set on Hypertherm?
I have seen other machines (besides the Jungle Store specials) like Everlast, Miller etc from time to time.

You will be happy with Hypertherm.
I have the Powermax 1200, and on my table I use an upgraded Duramax machine torch. I've been using it since 2006, and it just keeps on going trouble free.

Yes, it has torch height control. There is a port on the 1200 that a DIN plug wires into and this controls the firing of the torch.
The trigger circuit is different for the machine torch. If you were using a hand torch, You can unhook the small black and white wires from the purple trigger wire that was cut and put the purple wire back together. The small black and white wires need to be connected to the CPC plug at the back of the machine (or the wires going to the plug) on pins 3 and 4. It doesn't matter which goes on which as this is just a dry contact for the trigger.
I can get more pictures and stuff if you are interested.
