The Ontario GTA West area meetup is planned for Saturday April 26th at Greasemonkeys shop in Aylmer Ontario. If you are interested and haven’t signed up yet, click here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year. If you are interested in doing something in your area, let everyone know and make it happen! Meetups are a great way to make new machining friends and get hands on help in your area. Now this a welding table, you only need an acre of land for it. lol

That's a deal if you have the space. And the means to move it!

Dang. That wouldn't even fit my island shop. Well, not and be able to do anything else in the space.

Chain it to something solid, and drive away......

I would love to have something like that in my backyard just outside the shop door.

Me too. My shop is big enough but a 50k tractor would have to go outside. I'd rather put a pail of fluid film on a big huge work/weld table outside instead. My flatbed can handle it and I bet my tractor could too. But dragging it off is an option too.

I wonder if I could use that ferry to get it around the horn and up the St. Lawrence.......

I have no room which is why I bought the foldable one from Princess Auto. It served as an extra table when I was working on the engine. Now I can tidy up, fold it up and slide it into a corner again.

If that thing was in Ontario it would already be in 2 pieces and maybe 4.
