This is a plain tomahawk or trade axe that I made. The tomahawk was etched in acid to give it the grey surface.

My logo is engraved. I use an electro-etcher with stencils to create the image.
I was going to do a show and tell for the group, but then Covid struck.

Do you use stencils made with a vinyl cutter or do you have a source for reusable ones? I just started dabbling with an electro-etcher I made and would like to get more options for stencils

I use high resolution silk screen material to make my stencils. It is fairly resilient as long as you don't let the heat build up too much.
That being said, I am playing around with vinyl stencils for larger one time etchings on blades.

How do you make the silk screen stencils? Are they printed?
