Well.... After much dithering.....

I broke down and made one. So far I'm liking it, no more reaching for a wrench to change tool position.

Too tall?

Hey Craig what's too tall, the crown nut body or is it the QCTP threaded shaft as well? Modifications in the works.

Crown nut body. Just seems high to me, works ok though.

I don't think the top one is too high. The bottom one is too low......

Some do! They cost a few more grand for the extra lever and a few other premium goodies.
