Okay I just finished V6? V7? And I think I am quite happy with this now. Changes were being better about cutting lube, and just doing .002 passes the whole time (no spring pass). I know pictures only show so much, but it seems decent in person.

It will be fine. That's one of the beauties of single point threading. If it's out, it's your chuck and that's easy to fix.

Well, I have single point threaded three parts that fit together! The threads are looser than I'd like though and I should resolve that before I work on the mandrels. But quite happy with the thread quality otherwise.
