Heading over there this afternoon! Getting both sets of parallels, brass sheet, a bit of A2, micarta, an inside mic, maybe some files if they’re decent.

He has a demagnetizer listed. I’m not interested at $250, but I’m curious. Has anyone used one? (It’s the powered, electromagnet type)

Passed on the demagnetizer.

The haul:

Phenolic sheet:
1/16”, 40.5” x 38.5”
1/8”, 27.75” x 37.5”
1/4”, two discs 30.5” diameter
3/8”, one disc same diameter
1”, variety of chunks, biggest is 48.25” x 22”.

Aluminum bronze (marked and confirmed), 3/8” x 12” x 40”.

Brass:
1/8” sheet, irregular shape, 60” x 31”
1/4” sheet, same, 16” x 16”.

Copper: Offcuts of 1/8” and 3/32” sheet.

A2: 3/8” x 2” x 36.5”.

Annular cutters, Fein brand, all 2” length: 7/16”, 9/16”, 11/16”, 13/16”, 15/16”. Three lightly used, other two still in wax from sharpening.

Inside mic, 1”-2”, with setting ring. I was mostly interested in the ring, but looking closer, the mic is Mitutoyo, despite the generic box.

1/32” and 1/8” parallel sets. Latter dinged up, but not terrible.

12” Nicholson USA file, tolerable shape, thrown in for free.

All told, $250 and an interesting conversation. :)
