I tried that once and they sent it to collections.I think I'd have told them (UPS) to stuff it.
I wonder if "pay before release" is a normal UPS thing.

TechMet is investigating why three packages were sent out but only one was duty COD
Maybe but I'm pretty confident I was first as I ordered before I posted on the forum. My guess is that word spread from this metal working forum in Canada and there was a rush on free inserts crossing the border. That put a burp in the cash flow account for shipping and taxes at TechMet and some bean counter put a plug in the dam.

You gotta love that. I'll look at their product line. *If* I might very well become a customer, then I'll consider getting the samples., Thanks for alerting us, David!TechMet is going to refund me the duties and brokerage!!!! Wow. So impressed.
Mine arrived today, thanks. They are sending three 10-packs of inserts of my choice.
Cheap shipping means taking it in the end, pun intended.Well that was expensive.
$37 import charges. $29 of which is effing UPS brokerage charges. Gawd I hate UPS.
They refunded the full charge so I did get the inserts for free.Cheap shipping means taking it in the end, pun intended.
My current inserts (Accusize) don't seem to last very long with the cutting edges crumbling or chipping quite easily
