Monarch lathe in Abbotsford, BC - $1100

I'm not sure on the model but I think it's a 12x36 or thereabouts, as I expect the photo of the tapemeasure that shows ~48" is measuring from the end of the bed.

It's hard to tell the condition from the terrible photos, but it looks like it might be missing some parts for the headstock. The price is certainly worth a look if you're in the market!

That really quietens the belt lacing clips...... I also noticed that the cone pulley has been removed, I believe that makes it VFD ready.... No?

Maybe a deal for someone that collects these and rebuilds them. Otherwise it feels to me like you are buying a project lathe.

I would agree on the headstock - doesn't look like what comes to mind when when I hear the name "Monarch". A little more "Gingery".
