Making a Thingamajiggy

I finally have the opportunity to use the Ex-Cell-O right angle attachment. (Thread 'Ex-Cell-O Right Angle Attachment' https://canadianhobbymetalworkers.com/threads/ex-cell-o-right-angle-attachment.6199/

I cleaned up the dohickey, installed the RA attachment and indicated it true, and now to install it into the Ghaushtounkanaraygun!

I needed to make a mechanism to provide andjustable tilt for the Thingamajiggy.

I used a 6" Rotary Table for the arc cut-out. And I'll tell you 6" is too small. Not enough surface area to bolt stuff onto. And to make matters worse is that the t-slots are never in the right spot. I've been contemplating bolting on a 10" plate with plenty of threaded holes. But maybe I should try to find a good 10" RT.

Looks like rail inletting and adjustable butt pad inletting hardware. And so it is, just noticed the picture, LOL.

Mine is 10 and I wish it were 12. For now I'm planning to do the multihole plate dance that @CWret showed us at the meetup.

One of mine is a 12"...... I can almost bolt my mill to it...
