Don't you think that's well worth the cost, considering how much time you've spent trying to find other less than perfect alternatives.

The Scott's are proud of their penny pinching ways. But I'm pretty sure they inherited that trait from my Viking ancestors.

Besides, I don't have to put a dollar value on my time anymore. Instead, time is my life now and I can't think of many things I'd rather do in what little of that time I have left.

Haha!! Ok, but you're saying you'd rather fritter away trying to make it work, rather than making stuff with your lathe:p

Don't be putting words in my mouth you!

I'm not even disconnecting my current motor and controls till everything else is worked out. At most, I'll lose a day or two of machining time.

In the meantime, solving the problems is what I enjoy doing when I'm too tired to do anything else.
