Here is an openscad design your own. Interested to see how well this one works.
I had seen this before, but was being lazy and didn't want to venture too far into CAD all alone. After some more searching, i took the plunge. Downloaded openscad, played with some numbers and I have a plate printing as we speak. Took 10 minutes to figure out including measuring my plate for dimensions. Very easy having a template laid out like that.

And here it is. I added the numbers in Bambu Studio before printing.

Printing out some sector arms now.

I hate you sometimes.......

Those are amazing Darren. I really am jealous!

What material did you use? Is it durable enough to resist wearing out too quickly? Or do you plan to use them as templates to drill some plate steel? Are the holes tapered?

I think for hobby work 3d printed in petg or pla would last awhile if they don’t just print more. That reminds me to start watching the prices again as we go in to winter.

I printed the plate at 70% infill, so it's very strong. I'll be making a few gears with it but there's no way I will ever wear it out.

Peter, I have a Bambu X1 Carbon with the 4 spool AMS system. The plate was printed with Elegoo rapid PLA+ from Amazon.

I also installed Fusion 360 last night. Down the rabbit hole we go..

Last week I printed a Stormtrooper helmet for the boy. All his friends were impressed.
