That is a really useful tip I was not aware of but will now look into. Some of the commercial online software how-to services started out reasonable cost, but have really increased lately. And typically USA bucks too.

Is there anyone who has tried 3D printing a model from this program? How does that work?

I regularly print models drawn using Inventor which is a big brother of Fusion. Also after we figured out how to save stls in Fusion, I printed some focus rings for my son.

It was pretty simple, save your part in stl format, load it up in your printing software and print.

Well I have just purchased Bobcad for my son and myself so we can use the true 4th axis feature.
I'll still use fusion 360 as well but the subscription for 360 Ultimate was basically the same as Bobcad's and they threw in the lathe program as well.

I guess an update is required. I regularly 3d print models that I design in fusion 360 and it is effortless. Simply click print and select the solids you want to export to Cura. It is that easy! I ushually 3d print models before I machine them out of metal. It is an easy way to check the design before committing much time to making the finished part.
