  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Ontario GTA West area meetup is planned for Saturday April 26th at Greasemonkeys shop in Aylmer Ontario. If you are interested and haven’t signed up yet, click here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year. If you are interested in doing something in your area, let everyone know and make it happen! Meetups are a great way to make new machining friends and get hands on help in your area. Nope. Had a good friend who was a Military Medic, telling me about doing swabs on guys that came in, 'for the itch'.
Might as well have been cleaning a rifle barrel. With a steel brush, soaked in pepper sauce!

Was a strong motivator, to be wary of the too-easy!

I messaged him a couple of days ago and said I was interested. He replied that it was still available. I asked him if I could come over right away to pick it up and directions for finding him. He hasn't replied since. I don't know what game he's playing because the ad is still up. I've pretty much given up. Didn't really want or need it all that much any way. It was just close by and seemed like a decent deal.

It's not a problem really. I imagine he had some one else message him before me but that first person has not been as quick to pick it up as I would have been. As a seller on Kijiji in the past I've been in awkward situations like this too. Several people reply to an ad and then as the seller you have to decide if you are going with the first to reply or the first to come and get it.
