The propeller on the back can move up and down 90 degrees, and the wings have flaps. I was wrong, there are pilots. And the little guy is tethered, there's a skinny rope. There's a guy sitting in that tower to monitor the weather and watch for low flying planes. He did say it's largely autonomous, the drones use GPS to find the address. Still pretty cool
