Busy Bee lathe DF-1237G motor?

hey all, I recently bought a busy bee lathe, a model DF-1237G, with no motor on it, no idea why, wondering if someone on here has this lathe and can snap a pic of their motor name plate so i can start sourcing a motor for it?
 
I think all those lathes have a very flexible mounting plate that can be adapted to almost any motor frame. Don't box yourself into a motor that costs more than you need to spend. From my perspective, I'd focus on the drive pulley size as that can be the biggest challenge - although even that can be overcome.

Okay so the OEM part is a 2HP 220V 1-PH motor with both run and start capacitors. You can buy one from Vevor for well under $300, or princess auto for almost $350 or wait for a sale.

But, if it were me I'd use this as opportunity to go 3 phase with VFD

This was a common model in the mid 1980s, first known as a rex-cut in canada, and also available from grizzly. The better sellers offered the 2HP and the value sellers the 1.5. It is rigid enough to handle 2HP easily, and a lot nicer with the VFD and 3ph motor
 
I've been thinking of replacing mine with a 1HP 3PH motor. I don't mind the belt changes taht much, but it would be much faster to be using a VFD. I think more than 1HP is overkill. My belt configuration at the moment slips a little under high loads with my original motor.
 
I have the shorter DF1224g model . I changed the motor to a 3ph 2hp Baldor. The motor mounting itself was easy. I was not impressed with the design, it pivots on outboard side. I added a tightening bolt that exerts upward pressure. A pain to adjust, though. Where I ran into a problem was the two speed pulley . I wished to retain that. The factory motor had odd shaft size.
 
I guess what I'm asking for is the data plate info, like the frame size, so I can source a motor, wasnt going 3 ph, still old school thinking I guess, I could go 3ph like my mill is and then vfd drive it... still need that data plate info though, or at least a frame ID number...
better not ask any questions about my little Rockwell Beaver lathe, that thing has been crazy handy last 20 yrs, I think there is a woodruff key ripped off, the threader transmission is missing a few gear selections...
 
I know from memory that the motor on my DF1337G doesn't have a frame size.

ok guys, new problem on this lathe... I just find out now that the cross slide gib is completely missing!! and of course, google university let me down again! just trying to find dimensions of this so I can get a new one made, and preferably what material its made of.... anyone have these dimensions by chance? or might be willing to remove their cross slide gib and measure it up for me? that would be fantastic! all I can figure is, someone took it apart and failed to put it back in, or, someone took it out for another machine?? either way, I need one, and making it is likely my best option, I figure my new mill will be more than adequate for this.

I can remove mine (DF1237G) later today if that works.
@Dabbler also has the same machine.

Please define small for the 3ph?

I 'm thinking of swapping out the dc motor on my lathe for a 3ph and VFD, I already have the VFD, not a lot of space to work with so might be a bit tight.
