Sorry to hear a pleasant approach didn't work out for you, I would call the Toronto office and address the issue with them and ask for their assistance as that is where the owners son operates out of. Bring across the complete lack of customer support at the local store as the reason for the call.I think all the stores just got a shipment from China. The helpful gent at BB today checked the computer and even went into teh warehouse to look to confirm they had nothing.
It does add credence to the 'headstones' story draining Calgary IMO.
