CA-ALL 3" Round brass stock source?

Canada Wide
Type
Metal
Tried to PM you, but can't figure out how to attach photos, so here goes:

The size of the stock I have is 3.1" x 5" with a wall thickness of approx. .66". Could make a mighty hefty flywheel.

If you think this will work let me knowhow much you would need and I can lop it off. Don't want to part with the whole thing, as it's a once in a lifetime find.

My scrap bin is pretty anemic, so perhaps we could work out a trade based on scrap values? If you aren't in a rush, I know a few people who live in the Victoria region that would be willing to transport. One by Langford mall, one in Sannich, and one by the Royal Jubilee Hospital. I'll be seeing them the third week in September.

Yes, it’s amazing.
What about aluminum with brass inserts around the rim for more mass?
Or just steel I suppose.
Lots of outfits sell tubular Bronze stock, which would serve pretty well as an outer rim of a flywheel.

Another possible option, is ZA-12 (Zinc, 12 percent Aluminum) as a casting alloy. Low temp melt, almost as dense as Cast iron, pretty clean machining, and good bearing qualities.
