Nice event great to see everyone and thanks to Rudy, Chad, and Ryan for hosting and bringing the lunch. No pictures of me as I was the photographer.

A great, big, fat thx to @RobinHood for hosting. He kicked the last bum out at 6:00 & by that time my brain was swimming from information overload & I was ready to go.

Thx to all who contributed & attended. It was nice to put faces to names. Thx @phaxtris for the extinguisher, @YYCHM for the Jax & Peter for the reference books. I plan on putting them under my pillow for the next month, see if osmosis works.

Next time we need beer.

I'm just plain jealous. Nothing else to say. But I'm happy for those who were able to go.

The Walks On Water revolt was a big flop. Not enough turnout what with everyone going to the meets. We gave it our best shot though.

@YYCHM even tried to cheat casting a negative vote past the deadline. But the motion failed on its own lack of merit.

The only good outcome for me was a consolation shopping spree. The module 1.25 20° gear cutting set I ordered through green tears of envy has already shipped.

A heads up to all, they will be used to make some experimental gears to help me develop a better lathe gearing spreadsheet. More on that a year or two from now......LOL!

A good time! Thank you again, Rudy, Chad, Ryan! The amount of expertise gathered there was amazing. The equipment was tool room grade and better, (maybe towards labortory). The metrology tools were an eye opener, alas, I will continue to use my rusty nail, stick and wedge system.
The five cylinder rotary engine on display was amazing, the streamer model a fine piece too. The watch maker lathe, I find them always amazing in their own right, and it was nearly dwarfed by the quick change tool post for sale.
I am returning to my cave, I must put a new handle on the stone hammer.

If people were keen I could do a hands on Fusion360 intro but people would need their computer or laptop. If Rudy hosts again would discord work or maybe zoom over wifi?

I'd prolly attend (virtually) for that.
