I read a lot of posts - here and 'out there on the web' before making a semi-impulse 3D printer purchase: I bought a Bambu A1+AMS Lite; it arrived a couple of weeks ago and has been printing most of the time since then. In another discussion I ranted a bit about the initial software setup...

Easy More info in the email notification?

Is it possible to provide a couple of lines from the post, in the email notification of a 'reply' in a thread I'm watching? Logan Model 210 10" x 24" Lathe

I've gotten a lot of useful hints and info in the past 24 hours since I bought a Logan 210 which I mentioned in the 'Member Spotted Deals' sub-forum. It was more of a 'deal' than I could foresee - I ended up bringing it home, and I really don't need another lathe. I didn't realize until I...

Machine Treadmill motor and tach for older Beaver 700 Drill Press

I've been wanting "something a bit better" to replace my small benchtop drill press in my basement shop. Last weekend I spotted a 'project' drill press on the local online used listings, and grabbed it. No motor or stepped motor pulley but otherwise OK after wire brushing off the rust...
