Sticky Cool, I scored us a KMS Tools Group account.

Yep, I beleive this is all correct, which is sorta sucky that it's not an additional discount, but fortunately it's zero effort after setup. Don't sweat it, most of the work was in the initial setup years ago, this was just digging through emails to get my bearings, not a big deal. Yeah, it...

Sticky Cool, I scored us a KMS Tools Group account.

I don't disagree, it's been a bit confusing. Okay, so I dug through the whole email chain (55 emails) with KMS Tools and copied the key parts below. The emphasis in bold is all mine, added just now. (Attached what they sent me) Skipping to administrative back and forth, but culminated in...

I think this is caching too, as this was the issue that I fixed before I opened this thread. I think a reinstall is a bit overkill, but I like the "have you tried rebooting it" troubleshooting spirit. haha Peter, try this for me in Chrome: 1) Open the site in an incognito more tab...

Hey Team, Just a heads up that the forum is back to normal. Shout out to @Dusty and @Janger for bringing the issue to my attention. Three things worked together to cause the issue. Software setting either on cloudflare or the server (not 100% sure) caused some items on the forum to not...

Upload images >max file size errors

@Janger I think the issue is that no .heic files work, but maybe that by making them smaller, it also converted the format to .jpg or .png? I don't see any .heic files in this or the other thread that worked, could you confirm?

Yeah, I dunno, seems like apple is always going against the grain for some reason. I found a toggle to increase upload sizes for attachements, but it's unclear if that works for images too...

Upload images >max file size errors

Okay, Doing some more digging, I think there is a couple things going on. 1) Initially uploaded images need processing. @Janger , the image in your second post looks fine, but I beleive it had an issue when first uploaded, correct? 2) .heic files seems to be an apple issue maybe...
