    I seen an old 750 pound Peter Wright anvil with a huge swayback (must have been used under a power hammer of some sort) go for $7500.00 at a farm auction 10+ years ago. I also sold a 508 pound Peter wright anvil in great shape to a buddy of mine for $4000.00 about 5 years ago.

    No, Ive had it for a long time. Just doesn't get used enough. I also have a smaller one I use for knife making.

    Yes thats exactly what it is. I'm using as a surface grinder but leaves chatter marks that I have to lap off

    Im building liner lock folders and its a pain in the a$$ to keep changing drill bits, countersinks, taps etc. Nice to have the extra drills to speed up process.

    Yeah I can be patient. Not a panic. I have a little Rockwell tool maker grinder im using but leaves to many chatter markers. I'm also building a surface grinder attachment for my 2"x72" grinders for roughing out knife billets.
