Which cnc machine to get

I have a side gig opportunity, milling hubs and spindles to fit a different bearing and seal setup , id like to get a budget friendly machine that i walk away from while it works.
25" wheel/hubs .

We'll need more information. What does "budget friendly" mean?
Sound like you need a CNC lathe but a lathe big enough to take a 25" wheel is going to be very expensive.

Being able to walk away from a CNC while it works is one of the best features, Like buying an employee, but you're not getting there without sound programming and workholding, not to mention quality tooling. You're also not going to find much in the 25" range that is budget friendly....

Define "Budget friendly" though. A Haas VF5/6 would fit that bill, and I have many thousands of hours programming, setting up and running those unattended. But you'd need a lot of work stacked up and waiting to make that a profitable adventure though. There are a lot of things that seem really profitable when you see the price quoted, but peeling back the layers of the onion there is always more to that # than most realize.

You "may" be able to do the work you want on a gantry style high speed spindle "router table", They usually have a larger work envelope at more budget friendly prices, but without knowing more details about part shape, and tolerances required, I'm just guessing.

18" wheel is what they verified now , so budget friendly is as cheap as possible but still capable of cnc and that size of wheel, if there is such an option

Yea thats what I'm afraid of, they did verify that its 18" wheel, im thinking that there are probably 500+ wheel and spindles to be done, as you say the onion has layers, so if purchasing the machine ,tooling up and getting it running is more than what id be making then it definitely wouldn't be feasible.
