I have a use for one. I had the pleasure of pounding out the rivets on my John Deere sickle mower this summer...... I could have benefitted from that.

I don't know what the slots on the end are for as the one I remember using did not have that feature if recall correctly.

We never had anything that fancy, just a chunk of railway track hammer and a punch probably why that job usually ended in a bloody mess, we had a cutter that attached to an 8n tractor and would cut ditches and dry sloughs and the knife would take a beating, fun times.
