What I did today

I've been flogging the dog mercilessly on this job, then found out I did not have any steel plate big enough. This required a trip to Princess Auto, er.. the steel supplier and I finally got it done. I run 165psi on the shop air and the Hypertherm wants less, so I run a pressure reducer to 90 psi. Of course, the PR valve chose this moment it time to catch covid and die, so cutting the last half was slow. To much pressure and the cooling air solinoid can't close.

Nice work.
What kind of table do you have?

Nice work, title though makes you wonder ;)
It's tongue in cheek. I was given the order by a police detective at my daughters wedding on July 8 and he foolishly told me no hurry on this. I agreed to do it as long as I don't have to paint it. I spent countless hours on it and finally charged him 2 hrs for the artwork. It is the hardest thing there is for me to make a horse that looks like a horse instead of a dinosaur, and worse when the drawing he wants has components floating unattached everywhere.
I finally procrastinated enough and cut the sign yesterday. He likes it.
