Been there. Have a bunch of that sort of stuff too.

I dont much about them as a brand. When you are done, which of the Prusa Core models will it correspond to if you bought it new? What would b eequivalent to in Bambu lineup? Did you order the kit onlie? If so, from whom?

Yea they are based in Prague, CZ. And make most of their stuff there. They 3D print their own parts to go into their printers, build their own boards, make filament, sourcing basics from China I’m sure. They’re having a Black Friday with free shipping which is usually a lot coming from Europe. They have some sort of presence in the us now. Driven by tariffs ? .

Anyway this will be a prusa core one model - one gen behind current but I’ll get the parts upgrade to make it current. I bought it direct. I guess it would be kind of like a Bambu x1c but without a filament switcher.

I’ve started my long delayed Prusa mk4 to Core One upgrade. I’ve taken over the kitchen table (with permission🙂 as long as it’s done by Christmas.) This upgrades the bed slinger to a core XY with enclosure.

Does it have to be this Christmas? Or will any old Christmas do? 😉
