Welding Steel to Aluminum

I've wanted to try this for a while, I know it wasn't possible but it's another thing to see it first hand. I think I was even more surprised by what happened with MIG welding aluminum with C25 gas, was, energetic lol

Anyway, here's the video if all of it:

Will say, the welder was the MVP of the day, it just worked and did anything it was asked.

Well, if you want to go this route here is how you do it, though you might pi$$ of the neighbors and definitely create a name for yourself

I think a lot bigger property is going to going to be needed, but try this in the current shop could give good reason for getting approval by the city to replace the old one (maybe the house too).
