Vintage Kennedy 620 Machinist Tool Chest, $300, Calgary, AB

seriously, no. I paid 45$ for one in perfect shape and another 45$ for one in slightly less pristine. I got the 52611 toolmakers chest for 120$, new old stock. So I naturally think the price is too high.

I second the “No” basic tool box. $75

Ahhh, but this one's 'vintage'... :p

On a very slightly more genuine note, I do feel like prices have gone up for Kennedy boxes. A little inexplicable, to me? I'd think there are even more machinists retiring now than when I first bought a few boxes.

Incidentally, I have two unneeded 520 boxes in decent shape, and a mid box to match (too narrow for the wider top boxes). I'm not especially enjoying trying to sell them on Marketplace, so if anyone on here wants them, call it $100 each for the top boxes, and $50 for the mid.

I have a couple of nice boxes, Beech, not Kennedy, but more drawers and better shape. At $300 each I'd be listing them too! (but I'm not, 'cause they are still worth more to me that what they would actually sell for, which isn't $300)

Hi Stuart I would be interested in one of the top boxes. Where are you at?
