I'm going to say Logan 200 or 210. The change gears may be in there somewhere with who knows what else.
I think I see some chuck jaws and lantern post tool holders in the drawer.
Could be a nice project.
 
If someone needs a cheap lathe this would not be such a bad deal - I mean you do not get much today for just $400.
 
Looks like it's being offered in Seattle CL for "best offer above scrap value". Picture location has changed but it looks like the same machine
 
Not a 200 missing the cross slide feed (I had a 200).
It looks a lot like my Logan 210. (Mine was never so badly treated, AFAIK :) ).
Is the cross feed button hiding behind the handwheel?

That doesn't look like the original chuck, which may be a good thing. Mine has a new chuck; the original 3-jaw was much 'thinner' with the threaded portion integral, not on an adapter plate.

I got a bargain on mine, so I won't say much about the asking price. But you can't even buy a used Chinese 7x lathe for that.
