  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Ontario GTA West area meetup is planned for Saturday April 26th at Greasemonkeys shop in Aylmer Ontario. If you are interested and haven’t signed up yet, click here! They are one of the cheapest for buyers premium. I am bidding on some other items but not the two machines. If you are bidding good luck.

but im not sure either, thats a big a$$ lathe, a td-6 is a 16" swing...so whats a td-7? maybe its worth all of that 6200$

you could say they got sausaged!

otoh, decent shape, good size, Taiwanese so probably reasonably well made and a bunch of tooling. On a different day you might get it $1500 cheaper, but in a small market, maybe that means a five year wait.

For $0.82 per day, maybe just go for it and get what you want. (the salesman's trick of reduce it to the the ridiculous is an important arrow in the HSMs quiver of justifications )
