A Susquatch that's a picky eater?

What's next? A crow that can fix planes?

(That's a "callback" to another thread that went off the rails. You had to be there.)

Oh and while we're making fun of the French, what's up with the hollow spaghetti noodles?

If you mean penne? Delicious.

If you literally mean hollow spagetti, yukkk!

Wife makes the best spagetti, penne, fetucinni, stuffed shells, lasagna, manicotti, (drooling sounds) etc etc...... She takes all day to make the sauce. Yummmm.....

A Susquatch that's a picky eater?

Yah, that's me. Lots of stuff I don't like.....

green, yellow, orange stuff
Raw fish
Meat pie
Green meat
Fish eggs
Meat pie
Liver
Trippa (cow stomach)
Cornmeal
Blood soup
Head cheese
Fat
Snails
Raw oyster

Pretty sure that's just a fraction of the stuff I don't like.

Tripe

I had that a local restaurant. It was an experience.

And does this list include "smoked" oysters? Even Sushi with wasabi? Love it all. Wasabi so potent you can momentarily experience the 4th dimension...and clear up your sinuses.

Actual hollow spaghetti

The French call it "Dîner Kraft".

Oh ya, like eating a spoonful of fresh boogers.

And does this list include "smoked" oysters?

Yup, that's ok. In fact I like almost all smoked seafood.

Not happening. Can't handle spicy foods. Not even mild BBQ sauce. My AH loses control and they don't make diapers big enough for that. Not good.

My Lady insists on rinsing out the bottles n cans before they go in the bag...
We have 4 or 5 different bins to sort the recycling...
She also keeps a pretty tight grip on any paperwork with stuff getting scanned to files in her laptop
then the hard copy goes into it's applicable folder in the file box...
She can also cook. I found approx 30lbs I didn't know I needed back within the first couple years of living with her.
While she may not be built like some of the aforementioned brides...she makes up for it in other ways.
Today we celebrate 14 yrs of the noose, and this year is the 20th of our blind date in 05'

Not sure what a toutiere is.

My Italian girl makes Christmas cake the year before aged in dark rum, shortbread cookies, jamjams, kiffles, a smoked ham with a 3 mustard mix and home baked bread with lots of butter, a big roasted turkey with gravy and cranberry sauce, prime rib roast with gravy and Golden Brown Yorkshire pudding every Christmas. Most of the family leaves in wheelbarrows. I try my best to leave room for boxing day.... I never make it.

I can't wait for next Christmas.

If your wife is Italian, you probably have Panettone at Christmas, we never miss. My wife dated an Italian guy before we met, so she picked up a few good Italian recipes as well as how to speak Italian. My wife speaks numerous languages and so does her sister. Listening to those two is really confusing because they constantly change languages while they speak because sometimes there is a word or phrase in one particular language that doesn't exist in whatever language their speaking so they just change on the fly. My wife does six wordles each morning just for fun. I'm still working on English.

I asked SWMBO about the hollow Spagetti.

She said, "Yes, they sell that. It's designed for lazy cooks to cook faster. But you lose the ElDente you like so much. Don't worry, I'd never feed that phoney balony to you!"

Yes, she makes Panettone. It's what I call Easter Bread. We don't have it at Christmas, it's an Easter treat here.

My wife does wordle every morning too.

I used to do Sudoku. But I developed some rules to solve sudoku puzzles and it stopped being fun. Now I get my morning jolly's from the forum instead. You guys crack me up and teach me something new every day.

You mean bucatini?
My bride says no. She says Bucatinni is a special pasta best served with creamy sauces like fetucinni. It's much bigger around than regular pasta and not at all like hollow spagetti.

She lit right up when I asked her about it. She says the good stuff is made with Durham wheat. I'm guessing that some Bucatinni is gunna be in my near future.
