Hi,
I’m looking for music/spring wire to make some custom springs. I’ve never made springs before but I understand the general idea. Im not sure what wire thickness I need but I think generally 1-1.5mm should do…I’m making a custom spring to hold my diy pneumatic wrench power drawbar. I need a 18mm ID sprint with enough resistance to hold about 2lbs wrench and the mounting plate and be smooth enough for the push action.

Any idea where I can source proper music wire online or in the Hamilton/Burlington area?
