The news page, if thats what you were linking, didnt load. Just got this. But I did see some reference to blow-out prices, maybe related. Interesting times. Another good product & longstanding American institution.

I have a book called "Table Top Machining" written by the guy who built the Sherline company. Did it just get more valuable? It's a big loss to small machining if Sherline shuts down. A lot of people got started with these little lathes.

I asked chatgpt for help in bypassing licence limitations in an abandoned application. It said no, and proceeded to help me decompile it and focus in on where to make a change to the C# code.
