They suggested that I spec the holes about .01 to .015 undersize and cleanup after...
...If I were to order again I would spec the parts oversized by .005” to allow for cleanup...
Thanks for that information! I was wondering if the parts were cut "right on the line" so would be undersized by the width of the laser.

It must be a very fine laser if you're thinking 0.005" is enough of an allowance for cleanup.

I have an iPad that's a couple of years old, with the latest version of iOS operating system. Lightspeed's webpage renders the same for me as it does for you.

I looked at your webpage on my iPad and my Windows laptop. It's a pain in the butt that webpages that render on one sometimes don't render on another...

The parts seem be cut with allowance for kerf - i. e. not right on the line. They ended up bang on for dimensions.

The .005 allowance for cleanup is just to smooth the kerf face.
