Request for my little brother: Need 1/2 hour with someone who has an oscilloscope


He's working on a university project, visiting in city from Montreal for the summer. He's run into a snag and needs to see the waveform of a component for a project he is working on, hoping someone can help me, to help him.

Hey Josh, my messages are being held for approval???
I have a scope, also Alberta Surplus has quite a few decent ones for sale right now. Only problem is there still the old suitcase sized ones.

Hey Josh, I have access to a Picoscope through the my work but of course I live in Edmonton. if you have no other offers or if your brother and his project travel up here I can bring the scope home and help him out. I think you have my cell # so text me if that would help.

Did you find one? I have a newer 50 MHz DSO in my shop. He is welcome to bring his circuit over if he needs 1/2 hour. Only thing is, it has to stay in my shop. But he wants to bring a coffee and work here, he can come over.

I have power supplies, and function generator if needed as well.

Thanks @CalgaryPT I'll pass the message along. He was hoping to. work in someone else's setup anyways, as he's just visiting Calgary from Montreal, so is missing all of his usual tools.

@Janger I am not sure why there has been an uptick in posts needing to be approved. Going to do some reading and will let you know what I figure out.
