If it wasnt clear, your assumption was right, as long as the pitch is the same your feedrates will be what they were, and match the tag.

Does 0.05=20TPI? Math is my Kryptonite…

I used pitch over tpi because most manufacturers list pitch not tpi and it helps to think the distance one revolution will cause travel

A glance at their chart told me they dont make 1/2" with 0.05" lead but they do make a 3/8" 20

I didn't even bother to check myself, so good catch.

Finding acme 1/2-20 threaded rod is non existent to repair/replace an Atlas 618 lead screw.

Have you triple-checked the threads per inch? I no longer have a 618 but 20 sounds wrong. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything definitive.

Trlvn, You are correct Sir, it’s 1/2-16 not 20TPI. Still hard to find. I can get 3/8-16 acme rod

Maybe someone can make it for you but accurate dimensions will be needed. Some of us are looking for something to do!
