Ok, here is a video of the mill with the suggestions that Craig just made, all of the codes were where they should be except P002, it was at 60v (shrugs) it is now at 190v and the machine is working well except I still have to start the machine low then take it up in speed once it is moving. And I'm okay with that.

That's why I was not trying to give you an input to plug into a device, I was trying to teach everyone how to diagnose an issue for themselves by understanding what is happening within the motor and VFD...

YOu could have plotted this and discovered that based on the graph and the dip point that the intermediate frequency was the issue... that and you likely need a little torque compensation too, but you should only adjust one issue at a time otherwise you can't properly diagnose your issues.
