This is a common problem with most capta systems. Sometimes humans are no better than machines at figuring out what the letters and numbers are.

That's why there is always a new question option.

It only appears when you register for an account as part of the registration process. It's a first level anti-spam filter.

No we don't have any membership questions but I'm lobbying for them as we get more and more AI bots hammering away at us.
